These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Cairnix website and of any demo we give you. By using them you agree to these terms. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.
About the Website
The website describes Cairnix and its work. It is information, not an offer. Descriptions may change as the work develops.
Illustrations and Sample Data
Screens, names, figures and animations on this site are illustrations unless they say otherwise. Names and numbers are made up, and figures are not real results. Solvo is shown with sample data only.
Demos and Projects
A demo is built on sample data first. We use your real files only after we agree with you how they will be handled. Paid work is governed by a written agreement between you and us.
Hosted Tools
Hosted tools such as Solvo and Verido are protected by a login. Keep your login details private, do not share an account, and tell us at once if you think it has been misused. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Your Files and Responsibilities
Share only files that you have the right to share. Tell us which documents are sensitive so that we keep them out. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you give us.
Checking Results
Our tools say what they are unsure of, and a person must check the flagged items. Review results before you rely on them for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the website or a hosted tool to break the law, to disrupt it, to try to reach another customer's files, or to copy it by automated means.
Intellectual Property
The Cairnix name, logo and website content belong to Cairnix. Please do not copy them without our permission. Your files remain yours. We use them only to deliver the work you asked for.
Other Companies' Names
Names of other products and services, such as ERP and CRM systems or the GST portal, belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them.
Disclaimers
The website and demos are provided as they are, without promises that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cairnix is not liable for loss that comes from your use of the website or a demo. Liability for paid work is set out in the written agreement for that work.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
